Physical Security Assessment

No workplace be it an office building, construction site, factory floor, or retail store — is immune from security threats.  Assessing the risks for crime and violence requires design strategies, that can be applied in order to remove or reduce these risks.  PTE Consulting uses building design, assess control, surveillance, and territorial reinforcement as a foundation for physical security.

We provide a clear understanding of risk—threats and hazards, potential impacts, and probabilities of occurrence — Security assessment is a process to identify potential threats and analyze what could happen if a threat occurs. Part of that includes an analysis to determine the potential impacts resulting from the interruption of time-sensitive or critical business processes. We examine areas of vulnerability and deploy appropriate countermeasures for remediation to either mitigate the risk or eliminate the threat altogether.
